The charming porch, complete with rocking chairs, offers a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the serene garden view. Breakfast on the porch features fresh fruit and egg dishes, providing a nice touch to start the day.
The rooms in this place are on the smaller side, typical for an old house, and lack substantial storage options—say goodbye to unpacking your suitcase. The breakfast can be hit or miss. one morning, I found the mini quiches disappointing, almost like they came out of a freezer. The mattresses could use a replacement—soft and lumpy, they made for an uncomfortable night. The lack of privacy at night due to net curtains facing the road was an issue, leading to unnecessary bathroom wardrobe changes. Navigating the narrow hallways felt cramped, especially with luggage. If the weather turns, you may find it a hassle to eat breakfast outside, as there’s no indoor seating aside from some couches in the entrance hall.

The peaceful garden area was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee, and we loved the beach umbrellas that made our day by the shore even better. Only downside was there were no curtains on the windows, but it didn't ruin our great time. definitely recommend trying to catch sunset from the porch! ☀️

Narragansett House impressed me with its charming decor and cozy atmosphere. The porch with rocking chairs was the perfect spot to relax with a view of the serene garden. The location made it easy to explore Oak Bluffs, with quick access to the beach and shops. Staff hospitality stood out. they were attentive and made me feel welcome. I loved the breakfast options, although I'd prefer a greater variety. The cleanliness of my room was a bit lacking, especially in the bathroom, and I noticed a couple of maintenance issues like broken blinds. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but would appreciate a little more attention to detail in room upkeep. That would elevate the experience even more.
